With Android 12, Google introduced the Material You UI design language, and Samsung adopted it with One UI 4 on smartphones and tablets. A new design language is also rolling out to apps on Wear OS smartwatches. Google has released the latest version of Google Keep with the Material You design.
As noted by 9To5Google, Your redesigned Google Keep content lets you preview two notes instead of just one. It also brings pill-shaped buttons for taking notes and creating lists. The buttons for note actions (Add Reminder, Archive, and Pin) are pill-shaped. You can see more text in one view when a note is opened.
This new design is launched with an updated version 5.22.342.03.97. You can download it via the Google Play Store on your Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5. Previously, Google introduced Tile for Google Keep which allows easier access to new note-taking.
Google is slowly improving its Wear OS platform with help from Samsung. It not only adds more features to the platform but also updates most of the stock apps. It also works with third party developers to roll out more apps/improvements. The company is also increasing smartwatch integration with Chrome OS smartphones, tablets and laptops.
