TRIBUNNEWS.COM, CALIFORNIA – Apple is rumored to be returning to display the battery percentage indicator on the iPhone 14 Pro model.

Previously, Apple has also displayed this indicator on iOS 16 beta users.

As is known, Apple no longer includes a battery percentage indicator on the iPhone with the new model, due to the lack of space that sits next to the screen notch.

Reporting from The Verge, Monday (5/9/2022), the last time Apple pinned its battery percentage indicator was on the iPhone X.

According to a report from MacRumors, the iPhone 14 model will also be equipped with an always-on feature on the screen.

iPhone 14 users will be able to fully customize the appearance of the screen when their device is locked.

Additionally, MacRumors reveals that the widget will also appear in the always-on feature on the iPhone 14 display. However, it will automatically fade in and out subtly to help prevent OLED burn-in.

iPhone 14 launch

Some time ago, the technology giant from the United States had revealed that the launch of the iPhone 14 would take place on September 7.

Apple will launch the iPhone 14 with four models, namely the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

In addition to the iPhone 14, Apple is also expected to launch a smartwatch with a new model.
