Two more days, Apple is predicted to release a series of new products in the ‘Far Out’ event, with the main star iPhone 14. What devices are predicted to enter line-up in that event? Check out the details below.

Previously, Apple claimed to be preparing for its first fall event which will take place on Wednesday (7/9) at 10.00 Pacific time (PST) or 00.00 WIB, via an upload on its YouTube channel.

This is in line with the estimates of several analysts regarding the release schedule for a number of new Apple product lines.

What are the possible launches in this event?

1. iPhone 14

Quoted from The Verge, recent rumors suggest the iPhone 14 will be a significant step for Apple. For example, the iPhone 14 Pro is predicted to get a higher resolution camera.

Shortly after the iPhone 13 hit stores, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reported the iPhone 14 would be a device with a “complete redesign,” which would mark the first major revision since the iPhone X landed in 2017.

Also, Apple might give up on the iPhone Mini due to the short battery life. Instead, Apple will release a 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max or Plus, which will likely have the same hardware as the standard iPhone 14.

Although it’s not favorable news for fans gadgets small, the prediction is in line with the big trend of consumers choosing bigger screens.

Apple seems to be keeping most of its major updates for the iPhone Pro. First, they can have an always on screen according to 9to5Mac. This feature can work well even if the screen is locked, and provides adjustments to the screen when there are notifications.

Even more controversial is the report claiming only the Pro models will receive Apple’s new A16 Bionic chip.

The standard iPhone 14 model may also stick with last year’s A15. This is thought to be a cost-saving measure, especially when chips and other components are still in short supply.

2. Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Pro

Just like the iPhone, all eyes will likely be on the Apple Watch “Pro” next week.

As of July, the Apple Watch Series 8 and Pro have a larger two-inch screen, a more durable titanium case, and up to two days of battery life, thanks to a “low power” mode.

If all of that is true, quoted from endgaget, the Apple Watch Pro will also be much larger than the current 7 Series models. However, don’t get your hopes up for a rounded design. Apple has just developed a rectangular style at the moment.

The Apple Watch Pro is also rumored to include a new temperature sensor that is rumored to be for the Watch Series 8. This could potentially warn you if you have a fever, and suggest going to the doctor or using a special thermometer for more accurate readings.

3. AirPods Pro 2

Given that it’s been almost three years since the launch of the AirPods Pro, it’s about time Apple followed up with a new sequel.

In 2021, rumors launch the AirPods Pro 2 could have a stemless design, much like Google’s Pixel Buds, but a more recent report from MacRumors suggests the AirPods Pro 2 won’t look much different than before.

The latest leak shows a case with a speaker hole that will help with alerts for the “Find Me” app, and a slot for a strap.

Meanwhile, the sound quality could include support for Apple’s Lossless Audio (ALAC), which could be an attraction for audiophiles.

Additionally, the new headphones may include an updated H1 chip, as well as improved drivers similar to those of the AirPods 3.

4. iPad

The 10th generation iPad is predicted to be present at the launch of 7 September. The device is expected to include a USB-C port, putting it in line with the rest of the family, and can be increased in speed with the A14 Bionic chip.

Don’t expect any major design changes, though, as the entry-level iPad hasn’t gotten much touch from Apple lately.

Thus, it is predicted that the iPad display will still have thick bezels and a home button. But on the plus side, it might get 5G support as well as a changed front camera.
